My Health Shake


Here is a shake recipe that is a TRUE HEALTHY MEALThis shake is packed with great nutrition!!!  This recipe can be used as a meal replacement for those interested.  For the dozens of people that have tasted this, they all seem to be pleasantly surprised that it actually tastes good and is very 'filling'.

1 whole organic banana or frozen berries (you can peel banana's and put them in the freezer.  This makes for a colder shake)

1 organic granny smith apple (need to remove the seeds and core)

3 leaf and stem of organic Kale (recommended for Vitamix, Blendtech, etc,  only)

1 cup of organic Spinach or Mixed Greens (recommended for Vitamix, Blendtech, etc,  only)

1 cup of organic Broccoli (can be frozen too)

1 - 2 Tbsp of organic unsalted almond butter

1 serving of a green powder product - I think Vitamineral Green is the best! (www.healthforce.com)

1 serving of an organic protein powder - I use sun warrior (www.sunwarrior.com) or Defense Nutrition (defense whey)

1 serving of organic sufficiency (certified organic, 100% naturally occurring, 100% whole-food sourced, 100% unheated, superfood vitamin mineral supplement) (www.innatechoice.com)



1- 2 probiotic (www.innatechoice.com)

20 tablets of Wuji Chlorella (http://www.wujichlorella.com/)

10-16 ounces of Kangen Water (www.newlifewater.info) or 10-16 ounces of Almond Milk (amount variable to desired thickness).  If you feel the need to make it sweeter, use rice milk.

mix in a blender and drink up!  Remember, for healthier digestion and assimilation, chew your liquids as if they were solid and chew your solids into they turn into liquid.
