Three Dynamic Warm Ups I Love

Whether it be warming up for working out, sports, or just routine daily activities, a good Dynamic Warm Up is key.  I help run the strength and conditioning program for BRICK High School Football.  I created a warm up that I think is key and covers all the bases. The Purpose: increase blood flow, raise core temperature, increase joint mobility and flexibility, prime the nervous system for stability and proprioception, activate the myofascial chains for proper elasticity, and perform football specific fundamental movement patterns. After the warm-up the athletes should have elevated their level of physical preparedness as well as mental level of focus. According to studies some warm-ups increase performance up to 20% and some decrease performance by 17%.  That is a 37% difference! Make it count.

When I work out, I really appreciate a great warm up and I know many of you do too.  So, here are some of  my favorite warm ups that I use.  If you have any preexisting orthopedic injures make sure you practice in pain free ROM for those specific areas and put extra reps for that joint as well.

The  first one is from Tommi Paavola of Discover Movement.  He Based this on the Mike Boyle and Gray Cook concepts of joint-by-joint, he is demonstrating a dynamic warm-up routine that prepares all the body parts for movement in terms of mobility and stability.

The Second Warm Up that I love to use is from a guy who is an international rockstar in the fitness world, Todd Durkin, who I just happened to grow up with playing football together at BRICK.  Todd is an outstanding human being in general, he has always been completely sincere and genuine, a man of great character.  This 'Dynamic Warm-Up' clip will show you part of the system that all of Todds athletes go through prior to working out. This routine will warm you up from feet to fingertips and prepare you to win.

The last warm up I love to do just to get the morning going, when I wake up and need to work out the 'kinks' and prepare myself for the day, this is my go to warm up.  It is from Coach Sergei Karaliou of http://UndergroundGym.com .  Not sure how to start your day, warm up for activity or perform joint mobility practice? Look no further - this warm up/joint mobility exercises will take care of your needs.  Perform each exercise for about 20 sec/reps (10 in each direction) with moderate tempo.

Remember, A Solid and Thorough Warm Up not Only Prepares You for Greatness, it also may help prevent Injuries

Sitting to the Spine is like Sugar to the Teeth

I came across an article today that stated our pre-historic ancestors had no tooth brushes (or dentists), yet better and healthier teeth than we do
http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2013/02/24/172688806/ancient-chompers-were-healthier-than-ours

The article basically said we have worse teeth than our pre-historic ancestors, mainly because the processed sugar and grains that we ingest cause acids in the teeth, which in turn rots the teeth.

I began thinking about our ancestors and how they probably had better spines than us.  Why, because they moved continuously in healthy movement patterns, supplied their bodies with great nutritional raw materials for healthy soft tissue and strong healthy bones, and they did not sit.  Sitting to the Spine is like Sugar to the Teeth!  Sitting rots the Spine like sugar rots the teeth!    - reference: http://www.thewellnesspractice.com/products/14_foundational_premises.cfm

People do not think twice about going to the dentist for dental hygiene and maintenance.  Not so long ago, our great grand parents used to wait til' their teeth were painful, rotting or falling out before they saw a dentist.

The dental profession did a great job in 3 to 4 generations of educating the public about the importance of dental hygiene. As a result, mostly everyone goes regularly to the dentist.

Now for spinal hygiene...Think about this: sitting to the spine is like sugar to the teeth...most people wait til' their spines are in pain or rotting out (spinal degeneration) before they see a chiropractor (or surgeon)

We chiropractors have a large task of educating everyone on the importance of spinal hygiene.  People need to take care of their spines pro actively for life. Spinal Hygiene in the most basic sense is making sure that the spinal segments are moving well in all ranges of motion and that the spinal segments are aligned optimally with all the right curves in place, which in turn keeps the spine healthy and the nerve system working more optimally aka Chiropractic

In addition to chiropractic it is important that the spine is moving well, keeping strong and moving often aka fitness/exercise

lastly is the concept of supplying our bodies with the raw materials that build strong and healthy bones aka nutrition.

Who wants the best for their kids? Who doesn't...right?

I sure want to provide my kids with as many opportunities that allow them to be their best!

Roger Sperry, the recipient of the Nobel Prize in 1982 for his work in brain research, stated the more structurally distorted we are, the less energy we have for metabolism, for healing and for thinking.

Proper movement of the spine is required for proper brain function, specifically the coordination of activities such as concentration and learning, emotions, motor control and organ function (including immune organs).  Literally, we are wired for proper movement in order to be our best!  An amazing 50% of this wiring comes from segmental spinal movement (individual spinal bones)!

Spinal segments that are not moving in complete ranges of motion can have a negative impact on how the brain processes neurological input.
_
This alteration to the spinal joint mechanics sometimes happens during the birthing process and/or when children learn to walk.  With respect to birth, even the most natural births are somewhat traumatic to the infant and may cause damage. As far as learning to walk, did you ever see some of the falls associated with learning to walk?  My little guy taught me first hand why parents that want the best for their kids would do well getting their kids spines checked by a chiropractor.

The faulty spinal joint mechanics and damage does have to cause any obvious symptoms, changes can be subtle and gradual leading to problems with time.
_
Decreased or altered spinal movement causes decrease stimulation of the brain, and in childhood has been linked to central motor impairment, developmental impairments, learning disabilities, concentration problems like ADHD, behavioral problems such as violence and increased illnesses such as ear, nose and throat infections, sleeping difficulties and colic.

It should now be obvious why it is so important to ensure every child has properly moving and aligned spine.  I adjust my kids regularly, because I want to provide them with as many opportunities that allow them to be their best!

Flu Vaccine: What does the Science Say?

There is much debate about the flu vaccine.  Both 'sides' express great emotion regarding their beliefs.  I believe there are good intentions on both sides of this fence. However, beliefs and opinions aside ---- what does the science say? What is the evidence and proof for or against the flu vaccination?

I believe that Dr James Chestnut's presentation covers the science, evidence, and proof extremely well.  He made this presentation to educate health care professionals and the 'lay' public alike.  The presentation represents a comprehensive review and explanation of the literature regarding both the influenza vaccination and vitamin D supplementation.

What Everyone Needs to Know About Cancer Treatment

Do you know anyone with cancer?  What if there was something that killed cancer cells and actually built up the immune system at the same time?  What if there was something that was safe, inexpensive, and could be done in the same time frame of any other type of cancer treatment without effecting the other treatment's results?   This is important for anyone with cancer.

"After billions and billions and billions of dollars of cancer research, there has been very little change to survival rates of cancer patients...now for the good news, when we look at high doses of vitamin c given intravenously as an actual chemotherapeutic agent, we have wonderful uplifting news for every cancer patient in the world, and it's easy, and safe, and did I say inexpensive?" - Andrew Saul, PhD

If you have cancer, or know of anyone with cancer, please watch these videos.

Why is this so Great?
Simply because there is nothing to lose and everything to gain.  This approach can be done simultaneously with chemo, radiation, and surgery...you do not have to choose between one therapy or another, from one 'expert' opinion versus a different 'expert' opinion...you can do both during the same time frames...it is not about mainstream vs alternative, it is about getting the best outcome.

Everyone needs to know this information, 1/3 of the U.S. population (and the rest of the western industrial world) will get cancer and the rates are rising.  Greater percentages of people each year (per capita) are getting cancer, even though each year we take more drugs, get more chemo, do more radiation, and have more surgery each and every year, per capita, for the last 50 years.

Industry Icon In The Fight of His Life

Feature Article

"Twister--Industry Icon In The Fight of His Life"

By Todd Durkin, MA, C.S.C.S., Owner, Fitness Quest 10 (SD, CA)

I need to share a remarkable story of a fitness professional in the fight of his life. He is someone I have long admired. Someone I have shared the stage with many times. One of the best presenters I have ever heard. A wildly successful entrepreneur who has earned more accolades in his storied strength and conditioning career than most can dream.

Peter Twist
is one of the most successful trainers
and performance coaches of ALL-TIME.  His business, Twist Sport Conditioning, is a world-class training & performance facility in Vancouver, Canada, with franchises in the US and Canada.

For eleven years, Pete was an NHL strength coach. And since then, has devoted his life to helping kids and adults become their very best. His passion and energy are infectious, his intelligence is incredible, and his spirit is unbreakable. As a matter of fact, Pete may be in the best shape of any forty-seven year old I know, male or female. With the fitness and conditioning of an elite pro athlete, he looks like he can still suit up and play. And dominate!

But life took a strange turn earlier this year. Out of nowhere, Pete was diagnosed with Stage 4 Nasopharyngeal cancer (head/neck) that had spread throughout his lymph system. He was asymptomatic when he first went to the doctor in January 2011 (just about a year ago), and has been through hell and back since then, fighting one heckuva fight to force this thing into remission. He would tell you himself that this has been tougher than any fight he has ever faced in his long and successful hockey career.

I recently had dinner with Pete at his home in Vancouver. It gave us some quiet time to sit and talk. About fitness. About our industry. And about life. What a conversation it was.

I asked Pete if I could share his story, it truly is inspirational, because not many people know of his battle. As a matter of fact, for four of the hardest months earlier this year, only six people even knew Pete was sick. More know now, but the chance to share Pete's story here with you is a chance to share some of the most IMPACTFUL words I have ever heard from another person. There are "deep lessons" from Pete's journey, and I share them with his blessing and his hope that they might empower others in a similar battle for their health or other challenge in their lives.

****

One of the interesting things about Pete's story is that there were no detectable signs or symptoms when he was diagnosed. He acted on his own intuition that something was wrong and asked to be tested. At first, doctors resisted because "he had nothing wrong."  His physical appearance, strong vitals, and healthy lifestyle, said (on the surface) that nothing "appeared wrong."

When the truth of the situation was revealed, doctors found a tumor the size of a baseball located about 2 mm from the brain stem. A thorough diagnosis placed the chance of survival for three-years at 25%.

What followed was brutal. Two months of chemotherapy and radiation at the highest intensity one can receive. When I asked what that felt like, Pete described it as "severe burning of my mouth, face, and neck from the inside out." Taking in nutrients was next to impossible; requiring "thirty minutes under layered pain-killers to get down a glass of vanilla protein drink." Knowing Pete, he was probably yelling like a gladiator to get it down and get it done.

I learned that the effects of head and neck radiation continue to accumulate for five to seven weeks post-treatment. That means the side-effects get worse and worse even after treatments stop. Pete said this was one of the most frustrating parts of the entire experience.

From Pete: "My objective was to keep as much strength and physical mass as possible and to do little things HOURLY to deal with symptoms and set myself up to have a little higher starting point when I could manage to start ramping back up. A one percent difference was worth fighting for relentlessly."

****

We talked about life lessons and as always, his words were deep and introspective.

*    "QUARTERBACK YOUR OWN HEALTH AND OWN THE PROCESS" Doctors: oncologists, nutritionists, naturopaths, chiropractors, you name it - all come from different backgrounds, academic paradigms, and philosophies. Many of them do tremendous work, but are often overwhelmingly busy in their day-to-day and guided by the 'system.' It is critical that YOU determine what is right for YOU and take charge at each step. Quarterback your health and quarterback the team you assemble for any acute challenge in life.

*    FOLLOW YOUR GUT, FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION. "If you're strong and healthy, you won't get looked at the same or as thoroughly by your doctors.  They make assumptions based on fitness, appearance, symptoms, and positive energy. Insist they look deeper."

Pete went in because of a premonition, a gut-call that something "wasn't right."  He really had to press to get the right team together and get the tests done to eventually be diagnosed and then treated because he looked healthy. Had he waited until symptoms appeared, the results may have been....

*    BE PROACTIVE. How you feel, your physicality, your health metrics, your blood work, and lack of symptoms do not necessarily mean you're A-OK at the cellular level. Pete did crazy research on cancer, and believes, "We all have cancer five to seven times in a lifetime. Most we naturally eradicate from our systems... some we do not."

*    DON'T PLAY THE VICTIM CARD. It took a tremendous amount of grit and determination for Pete to get this far in the fight. He doesn't like "wearing the cancer hat." When going to the hospital for chemotherapy and radiation, he would drive his car "straight to the top" of the roof of the cancer center and park. He did not want to park where it said "PATIENT" painted on the wall. He would enter the parking garage with inspirational music cranked (AC/DC or POD if I know him!) and later would say, "Is that all you got? Give me your best shot!"  After each radiation and chemo treatment, he would attempt to exercise right away, sometimes right in the parking garage. Literally.

*    HEAL FROM WITHIN. Look beyond traditional nutrition guidelines and organic foods and invest in a deeper understanding of all the variables affecting cellular health.

*    WE DON'T "RISE TO THE OCCASION"; WE "SINK TO THE LEVEL OF OUR TRAINING." This is a message for trainers: Make sure you are ready for a battle and that your clients are too--one day everyone will face an immense challenge. I like what Pete says, "You can't be your best when your best is needed and you aren't in peak condition." He adds, "I believe survival is in part determined by a will to live, a will to love, and a willpower to do the hard things well every minute during challenge, pain, and suffering. Become very passionate about LIFE and engage in activities in a way that grows WILL and WILLPOWER."

WOW. Don't wait until there's a problem to start training like an animal and begin living TODAY like it's your last day on earth. Powerful words.

*    BREAK ALL THE RULES. "You must be willing to change YOUR rules: to adopt healthful strategies that give you an edge, to step up and break from the traditional medical model, to return to action."  Pete is an example that we are capable of more than we might be told. Fight to give EVERY effort any moment to build your physiology and physicality. Work at YOUR pace - not the pace of the average sick person. Not the pace expected by the disease model. Be willing to do everything it takes to get back to where you were. Act on your personal pride, conviction, and your will to live "FULL ON" for yourself and all those around you.

Pete's words really stuck with me. He is an incredible man and truly inspirational. He ended his story with this (and I will paraphrase): Growth comes from challenges and of these, there are very few that will force you to draw upon absolutely one hundred percent  of every single element of your being. One hundred percent of every personal resource within you. When one of these challenges presents itself, it will be an amazing opportunity. After the anger and fear have ripped through you, after you face your sadness and concern for loved ones, be sure to see the amazing opportunity you've been given. The battle will become a set of scars you carry with quiet pride and deeper gratitude for the chapters ahead of you. The personal growth is strong and real. Don't be bound up or held back from the beating you'll take. Springboard from it and let it ignite every single day for the rest of your life.

****

My evening with Pete ended with some "HEALING FROM WITHIN." Pete's diet for this past year has been mostly raw vegetables and a concoction of organic foods, supplements, and powerful antioxidants to fortify his system. So when he asked me if I would like one of his "desserts," I willingly obliged. It was here I was introduced to what I now call "Twister's 27-Ingredient Jungle Juice." This "shake" has so many things in it I can't remember them all. Three times a day for almost a year: cabbage, broccoli, spinach, raspberries, blueberries, cranberry juice, greens mix, fish oils, and many other "goodies" in it. Sounds disgusting, huh? Pete said, "You think this tastes horrible? Try cancer and then tell me if you like it." Despite not knowing all that's in it or if there are really twenty-seven ingredients, by the end, it tasted real good! For me, that night, sharing Twister's 27-Ingredient Jungle Juice was a spiritual moment.

****

Pete is now almost one-year post diagnosis. He powers UP mountains running and laughs rambunctiously as he races down; he lifts hard and heavy again in his Twist Sport Conditioning Center and does wind sprints like he did when he was competing. He's teaching again and back in the trenches making a difference. But most of all, he's enjoying life and is as vibrant and FULL OF LIFE as I've ever seen him.

Pete recently developed a CREED for himself, his team, and all the clients they touch.  Think to this as your life motto:  "Life is short...LIVE EVERYDAY.  Today I will GIVE everything I have, what I keep inside I will lose forever."

Thank you Pete Twist for the man you are. The trainer you are. And the friend you are. I hope your story IMPACTS thousands of people to live their BEST LIFE EVERYDAY just as you do. Thanks brother!

-------The Sleeping Giant for Health Care Cost Savings-------

A four year study was done to estimate the cost benefit of chiropractic coverage for an insurance company. This study revealed that inclusion of chiropractic benefits in a managed care plan results in a reduction in overall utilization of health care resources and cost savings.  In this study, chiropractic care was utilized 33 times more than medical care.  They estimate an annual reduction of $16 million dollars in people with chiropractic coverage as a result of lower utilization of high cost items, and this was a conservative estimate. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ONE INSURANCE COMPANY out of San Diego, CA - American Specialty Health Plans Inc. -
This is only one company and chiropractic can give it 16 million a year in savings!!!

A Miracle Story

Chiropractor Chris Burfield describes his wife’s birthing experience and his baby’s resultant miracles.

Monday, May 3, 2010

what is that crazy chiropractic word...Subluxation?

A subluxation causes the body to be out of balance, harmony, and ease.
Modern living creates ever increasing stresses that cause subluxation, which in turn creates imbalance, dis-harmony, and dis-ease in your body and mind.

Chiropractors are interested in helping you replace this stress and subluxation with balance, harmony and ease in your body and mind.

The Association of Chiropractic Colleges Position Paper states:
"Chiropractic is concerned with the preservation and restoration of health, and focuses particular attention on the subluxation."  "A subluxation is a complex of functional and /or structural and/or pathological articular changes that compromise neural integrity and may influence organ system function and general health."

Specifically, a vertebral subluxation is when the spine loses it's normal range of motion and/or alignment at any segmental level.  This loss of motion and/or alignment in the spine is a stressor and causes a 'stress response' physiology.  This 'stress response' physiology causes the body to break down at an increased rate.  Overall there is: 1) a decrease in health promoting signals to the brain (proprioception)  2) An increase in stress signals to the brain (nocioception) 3) An increase in adaptive stress physiology to the brain and body.
Simply put, a vertebral subluxation is when the spine is not working right which causes the brain and body to not work right, ultimately causing the body and brain to break down at a faster rate than normal.
When a person is subluxated, the spine is out of balance and breaks down faster.  The spine will move too much in some areas and too little in other areas, resulting in chronic inflamation and atrophy.  Scar tissue is laid down as a protective measure in the case of atrophy, which in turn restricts motion more.  Calcification is a normal process in areas that move too much for the purpose of stabilization and or resistance.  Calcification also occurs in these areas due to the chronic inflamation.  Calcification over time leads to bone spur formation.
Motion restriction of the spine causes a stress response in a person, a subluxation is a stressor to the body-mind as a whole.  Motion Restriction of the vertebral motor unit causes decreased mechanoreception, which causes changes in afferent nerve activity.  Decreased mechanorection to the cerebellar-cortical loops results in a decrease in function in many areas, including but not limited to: immune, endocrine, organ, vestibular, and limbic.  The stress response causes catecholamines, cortisol, and a whole array of cascading events that create destruction and break down in the body.
Increased stress hormone levels cause: (catecholamine response) a down regulation of insulin receptors, a liberation of free fatty acids, sharpened signal detection at the cost of concentration, increased heart rate, increased cardiac output and increased blood pressure, vasoconstriction (such as vessels for organs) and vasodialation (muscles used for body movement) of blood vessels, Anxiety (which uses up serotonin substrate), and increased craving for sugar and fat...(cortisol response) increased blood sugar, down regulation of insulin receptors, down regulation of the expression of the gene for increased HDL, down regulation of the gene for the uptake of LDL, down regulated cell mediated immunity, increased heart rate (cardiac output) and blood pressure, decrease in sex hormone binding globulin.  How are we looking for Heart Disease? Cancer? Diabetes? Obesity? Anxiety and Depression?  ADD and ADHD?

To make it simple, remember this: not only does the spine physically degenerate and break down much faster when subluxated, a subluxated spine causes vast neurological changes in a persons physiology that also cause the body-mind as a whole to degenerate and break down much faster than normal...in short, when the spine is functioning poorly, you break down faster.   Adjustments restore function in the spine, therefore restore function in you as a whole.

I have a question for you...

I have a question for you:

What do Hypertension, Tooth decay, Cancer, and Subluxation have in common?

Feeling

That's right, feeling.

When does a person feel hypertension, tooth decay, cancer, and subluxation?

The answer is: after the dis-ease process has been breaking the body down for a long period of time, then one feels 'it'.
The point is this: basing your health on how you feel is shortsighted and often costly. Optimal health is optimal function, just as good health is good function, and poor health is poor function...
health = function = homeostasis (balance, harmony, and ease on a cellular level).

Some of you may be asking what is a subluxation anyway?

Subluxation is stress adaptation in the body that results in misalignments, tension, and/or loss of motion in one or more of the spinal segments. Simply put, when the spine is not working as good as it could.

Subluxation = misalignments, tension, and/or loss of motion in any of the spinal segments due to stress (physical stressors, emotional stressors, and chemical stressors). This stress and tension in the spine puts stress and tension in the nerve system. And when the nerve system has stress and tension in it, the brain and body communication system gets interfered with, causing the body to not work properly and breakdown. In addition, stress and tension in the spine puts stress and tension in the nerve system causing a decrease in nerve energy to the body, which in turn causes the body to breakdown and not work properly.

This is one of the reasons why chiropractors educate people about the importance of regular chiropractic care. Because damage can occur to your body without you even feeling it. I often teach this simple fact: you only feel 10% of your nerve system because 90% is for function and 10% is for feeling. This means 9 out of 10 times when there is stress and tension in the spine causing stress and tension in the nerve system you will feel nothing, zip, zero, nada!!! Subluxation, just like cancer, heart disease, and tooth decay will show no signs or symptoms for long periods of time even though damage is being done on a cellular level. People often feel great for years to only find out one day that they have some major health problem that went undetected for years. This is why we urge you to get your spine checked even when you feel great.

You see, regular chiropractic care is so important for your overall well being. Regular chiropractic care along with regular spinal hygiene exercises is like brushing and flossing the spine. Just like brushing and flossing the teeth, it is wise to 'brush and floss' the spine. Just like good dental hygiene is important, so is good spinal hygiene. As a matter of fact, it is my humble opinion that it is more important to have good spinal hygiene because teeth are replaceable and the spine isn't.

I really do hope you are feeling me on this one.

It is good spinal hygiene that prevents spinal degeneration, nerve interference and total body breakdown. If you have not already considered this, please consider making chiropractic care a healthy lifestyle choice for you and your family. Participate regularly. Regular chiropractic care is a proactive approach to being healthy, preventing disease and promoting well being.

Hunter Gatherer Diet...in a Simple Video

The video below has some good humor in order to make a point.  It is a simple way to explain the Hunter Gatherer Diet...The Paleo Answer Book is a must have, and the Innate Diet Book is the best textbook on the subject of Nutrition.  These two books are  highly recommended. ...lastly, the video is on point and very entertaining!!!

Spinal Hygiene..."All Systems Go!"

Proper structure of the spine is required for proper function of the nervous system as it relates to the control and regulation of global physiology (total body function) and health. - from the book: The 14 Foundational PremisesTM for the Scientific and Philosophical Validation of the Chiropractic Wellness Paradigm. James L. Chestnut B.eD., MSc., D.C., CCWP

The nerve system consists of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and neurotransmitters. Your nerve system is what is used by the intelligent life inside of you to control and coordinate all functions in your body. All systems in the body communicate with each other and the brain via the nerve system. The nerve system is known as the master control system, it controls and regulates everything…the immune system, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, endocrine system, muscular system, skeletal system, reproductive system, and excretory system all need the nerve system to function properly so they can function properly.

The spine protects the spinal cord and allows nerve roots to exit and branch out to all areas of the body. The spine is designed to move and be in alignment. When the spine is aligned and moving well there is clear and optimal nerve system energy and function. When the spine is misaligned and/or restricted in movement there is interference in nerve system energy and function. This is vital, since the nerve system is the master system that controls and coordinates all functions of the body, it is very important to take care of the spine because the spine directly affects the nerve system. In short, the spine affects the nerve system, and the nerve system affects the whole body!

When the spine is misaligned or restricted in movement it is called a subluxation. This loss of motion and/or alignment in the spine causes the body to break down at an increased rate. Specifically, a subluxation causes: 1) a decrease in health promoting signals to the brain (proprioception) 2) an increase in stress signals to the brain (nocioception) 3) a break down and degeneration of the spine and related structures 4) an interference in nerve system function and energy. 5) overall breakdown and degeneration of the whole body (systems, organs, tissues, and cells)

Good spinal hygiene clears out subluxations in the spine. Good spinal hygiene requires these two things on an ongoing basis:

1) exercises that strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine (core spinal hygiene exercises)
2) and MOST IMPORTANTLY chiropractic adjustments to remove interference to the nerve system.  The intelligent life inside of you uses these adjustments to get the spine aligned and moving properly (free up any restrictions in movement of the spine). ChiropracTIC and core spinal hygiene exercises work together to retrain the spine into optimal alignment and allow freedom of movement on each spinal level.

When chiropractic and core spinal hygiene exercises are performed regularly it removes nerve interference, restores proper spinal function, restores proper nerve system function, which in turn restores proper function to all systems in the body…

When you have good Spinal Hygiene, you have Clear Nerve System Energy and Function, and you have "ALL SYSTEMS GO!".
